Your child and family

deserve peace and relief!

Discover How You Can Support Your Anxious Child Today. I'm Here to Guide You.

Parenting an anxious child can be exhausting.

Bedtime feels like an endless marathon, and each morning is a battleground just to get out the door. You're waking up extra early for both panic and breakfast before the rush of school begins.

You find yourself giving in, just so she won’t be upset. You urge him to "just calm down. It's not a big deal." But you don’t actually know how to address their distress.

You've tried every strategy, yet nothing seems to work. You are frustrated and fried. But how can you convince your child to give therapy a chance?

Something must give!!

What is SPACE?

Supportive Parenting for Anxious Childhood Emotions (SPACE)

It certainly doesn’t involve sending your anxious child to the moon. (Though you may be tempted to try that some days).

SPACE is a direct parent intervention that helps kids.

SPACE is a compassionate, evidence-based program designed for parents navigating the challenges of raising children with anxiety and OCD. While it may not directly treat the child, SPACE focuses on empowering parents to become powerful agents of change in their child's journey toward healing. Through direct engagement with parents, SPACE serves as a vital pathway to effectively treating and supporting children facing anxiety and OCD.
